How can I check if a perfume is in stock?

On the product page, availability is shown below the “Add to Cart” button. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it’s back.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
  • Before shipment: Contact customer service to update your shipping details. If we don’t receive the correct information in time, your order will ship as is.
  • After shipment: Unfortunately, it’s too late to change item sizes once shipped. If you’re unhappy with your order, you can request a return after delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
  • Unshipped orders: Log into your account, go to “My Orders,” and click “Cancel” next to the order you wish to cancel.
  • Shipped orders: We can’t cancel after shipping. If you no longer want the items, request a return once you receive the package for a refund.
Can I change my shipping address?

Please note we can only update orders before they ship. After shipping, you’ll need to contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) directly. To change the address yourself, use the “Edit Address” button under “My Orders.”

Can I switch my delivery method?

BelleFrag™ never charges additional fees after shipping. Postal services (e.g., USPS, UPS) will never ask for payment to release a package. This is a scam—do not click any links and close the message immediately!

Delivery times vary by location. Typically, express shipping takes 2–3 business days and standard shipping takes 3–4 business days.

My package was returned to sender—what now?

This usually happens due to an incorrect or incomplete address or delivery access issues. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll resend your order.
